The people over at Domo have done it again with an amazing infographic titled “The Physical Size Of Big Data”. The infographic talks about how big data would be if it were a physical size. The amount of data is amazing and would tower of us and flood cities and the world. The report was done by a group of students from Stanford University, the report shows that the whole world produces around 1,200 Exabytes of data every year.
There are a lot of cool things about the infographic, for example there are over 80 million iPhone 5s in the world, and if you were to lay them down side by side they would circle the world more than 100 times. By reading this you will appreciate that Data is not physical and how amazing technology truly is.
